The reason that I chose to have this job and the reason that makes me still love it is simple: I love power, and being a teacher makes me deal with it everyday. But not the kind power you are thinking of. Not the kind of power that makes kids submissive to adults and the official knowledge already acquired by society. Every child is a source of new points of view, opinions and creativity ready to look at the world with a new pair of glasses and I like to think that I help them find their own superpower and walk with them while they are learning how to use it.
